1. About Our Services
Spiral Infotech provides digital and technology services including UI/UX Design, WordPress Development, Shopify Development, Webflow Development, Branding Design, Digital Marketing, SEO, and related digital solutions.
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, revisions, and responsibilities for a project may be defined separately in a proposal, quotation, agreement, or project communication.
2. Project Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, content, images, branding assets, credentials, and other materials required for project execution.
Delays in providing required information, approvals, content, or feedback may affect the project timeline.
3. Pricing and Payments
Project pricing will be communicated through a quotation, proposal, agreement, or other written communication.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Work may begin after the required advance payment is received.
- Additional requirements outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
- Third-party costs, subscriptions, hosting, domains, premium plugins, themes, applications, APIs, or other external services may be billed separately where applicable.
4. Project Scope and Additional Work
The agreed project scope will be based on the requirements confirmed before or during project commencement.
Requests that are outside the agreed scope may require additional time and charges.
Spiral Infotech will communicate significant changes in scope, pricing, or timelines where reasonably possible.
5. Revisions and Approvals
The number of revisions, if applicable, will be defined in the project proposal or agreement.
Once a design, feature, page, or milestone has been approved by the client, significant changes to the approved work may be treated as additional work.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Project Timelines
We make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the agreed timeframe.
Project timelines may be affected by:
- Delayed client feedback
- Delayed content or asset delivery
- Changes in project requirements
- Third-party services or integrations
- Technical issues outside our reasonable control
- Delayed approvals or payments
Any revised timeline will be communicated where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of all agreed project payments, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for the client will be transferred according to the terms agreed for the project.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, stock assets, fonts, libraries, APIs, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Spiral Infotech retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, frameworks, reusable components, development processes, and know-how unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Client-Provided Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any text, images, logos, videos, documents, trademarks, or other materials provided to Spiral Infotech are legally permitted for use.
The client agrees that they have the necessary rights, permissions, or licenses to use materials supplied for the project.
9. Website and Third-Party Services
Some projects may depend on third-party platforms or services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, themes, applications, or external software.
Spiral Infotech does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, functionality, pricing, or policy changes.
Any third-party service used as part of a project remains subject to the respective provider's terms and policies.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information
- Provide required content and assets on time
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Maintain the security of account credentials provided to them
- Use delivered websites, applications, and digital assets lawfully
- Avoid using our services for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activities
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Interfere with the security or operation of our website or services
